We currently ship to the UK, Europe, US, Australia, New Zealand and the United States. We ship to a further 180 countries however you may experience longer delivery times when ordering from them. I can’t see my tracking info
It can sometimes take 1 or 2 business days for your tracking number to generate, you should receive this via email. If you don’t receive a tracking number or it isn’t working email the team firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll help you out.
Uh oh, I’ve placed an order but my address is incorrect
As quick as you can email the team at email@example.com we will try our best to amend this for you. We would advise if you order at the weekend or out with 9-5 working hours to cancel your order. If you order is sent and returned to sender, to be then reshipped to a different address we may ask for a second payment for shipping.
I’ve placed my order but would like to add a lil’ extra
Unfortunately, once the order has been placed we can’t add another item to the existing order as our products are processed and shipped through a third party location.

Does my cuticle oil expire?
Our oils don’t have a formal expiration date however we would recommend to use them up to 6 months after opening or within 3 years of manufacture for best product quality.
Do you test on animals?
No way baby! We’re besties with all animals.
Can I sell the products?
Hell yeah! If you’re a salon owner or self employed you can become a part of our #nafiatradeteam and have access to our available trade products at trade price. So that you can use and sell our NAF! Stuff products to your clients. Our products are not available to resell online. If we find anyone selling online we will terminate your account. For full T&C’s click HEREHEREHRE (NO LINK YET)

I’ve applied to be part of the #nafiatradeteam but not heard back what should I do?
If it’s been more than 4 working days since you applied then definitely get in touch as we always process all applications within this time. Have a lil’ look in your pesky junk mail (our messages sometimes end up in there) and if it’s not in there contact us firstname.lastname@example.org
My application has been unsuccessful, how come?
- Error on the online form
- No link to your business website or social media account
- You’re not a practicing nail technician
If none of this applies to you email us email@example.com and we’ll look in to it.
Do you have any images that I can use to promote the trade products?
Yeah we do! You can find images and downloadables in the “resources” folder available in the trade section of the website.
What’s an affiliate?
You’ll be helping us spread the good word of NAF! Stuff by referring your clients, friends, followers etc. and getting a lil’ bit of cash dolla from us as a thank you.
Can anyone become one?
We want our cheerleaders to be genuine friends of NAF! so we will only verify people we know have used our products, this means that you will need to have purchased from our website or salon before and may be asked to prove this.
How do I apply?
Click here to apply online to become an affiliate. Please give us 4 working days to look over your application and set up the code. Once approved you’ll received an email with your unique code.
It’s been 4 days and I’ve not had a reply
We’ll always aim to sign everyone up within 4 days so if you’ve had a confirmation email from our affiliate app provider Enlistly by then drop us an email firstname.lastname@example.org
When do I get that money honey?
We transfer the payment via PayPal on the 1st of every month.
