Our cuticle oils have a shelf life of 3 years from production, or up to 18 months after opening for best product quality.

 

DO YOU TEST ON ANIMALS?

No way, baby! We’re certified vegan and cruelty free 🐇

 

WHAT IS NAF! STUFF DOING TO BECOME MORE ECO CONSCIOUS?

All packaging that our products arrive in are either compostable or recyclable, including all cuticle oil packets which are home compostable.

 

YOU CAN SAY YOU'VE GOT NO NUTS, BUT THERE IS COCONUT OIL IN YOUR PRODUCTS?

Coconut oil is a 'botanical nut' but it is classed as a fruit and is safe for those with tree nut allergies to use, unless they have a specific allergy to coconut itself.

 

THE OIL CONTAINS VITAMIN E BUT IS IT GLUTEN FREE?

The Vitamin E we use is gluten free✨

 

WHAT DOES CPNP MEAN?

CPNP stands for Cosmetic Products Notification Portal and is the online notification system made mandatory by the EU Cosmetics Regulation No 1223/2009. The CPNP notification was made mandatory on July 11th, 2013. Any cosmetic product must be systematically notified on this portal prior to being placed on the EU market. It basically means that our products are legit.

WHERE DOES NAF! STUFF SHIP?

We currently ship to the UK, Europe, US, Australia, New Zealand and the United States. We ship to a further 180 countries however you may experience longer delivery times when ordering from them. HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

Our UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail. These can take up to 4 working days and any order placed after 3pm may not be processed until the next working day. Please head to the Shipping info page here for more details 

 

I CAN'T SEE MY TRACKING INFO

It can sometimes take 1 business day for your tracking number to generate, you should receive this via email. If you don’t receive a tracking number or it isn’t working email the team info@nafstuff.com and we’ll help you out.

 

UH OH, I WANT TO CANCEL OR ADD SOMETHING TO MY ORDER

In your confirmation email there is a link to click so that you can edit or cancel your order. We would advise to do this within 5 minutes of placing your order as our warehouse team may have began processing. If you would like to add something to your order, send an email to info@nafstuff.com as soon as possible after placing your order, and we will do our best to do this for you.

 

 

WHOOPS! I'VE PUT THE WRONG ADDRESS

Please email us at info@nafstuff.com with your order number as soon as you can. When possible click the "cancel order" button on your confirmation email, you have 5 minutes after placing the order to do this. If your order is sent out, returned to us, and then reshipped to a different address, you may need to cover both shipping costs.

 

OH NO, THERE'S AN ISSUE WITH MY ORDER

CAN I SELL THE NAF! PRO PRODUCTS?

Hell yeah! If you’re a salon owner or self employed you can become a part of our NAF! PRO team and have access to our available trade products at PRO price, so that you can use and sell our NAF! PRO products to your clients. Our products are not available to resell online. If we find anyone selling online we will terminate your account. Full T&Cs here.

If it’s been more than 4 working days since you applied then definitely get in touch as we always process all applications within this time. Have a lil’ look in your junk mail (our messages sometimes end up in there) and if it’s not in there then please contact us at info@nafstuff.com

 

MY APPLICATION HAS BEEN UNSUCCESSFUL, HOW COME?

• Error on the online form
• Certificate attached is not accessible
• You are an online retailer
• No link to your business website or social media account
• You’re not a practicing nail technician
