DO YOU SHIP TO ME?
Of course! We ship worldwide. The only restrictions we have on any of our products is that our SOS kit are for UK only. This is due to them containing acetone.
DOES MY CUTICLE OIL EXPIRE?
You’ll have up to 24 months after opening or within 3 years of manufacture for best product quality.
DO YOU TEST ON ANIMALS?
No way baby! We’re certified vegan and cruelty free🐾
WHAT IS NAF! STUFF DOING TO BECOME MORE ECO CONSCIOUS?
I’m so glad you asked 😜 This has been a huge focus for us and we have made some big changes. The packets that our oils and most of our merch arrives in are home compostable. But, the biggest change is that everyone of our orders will be shipped plastic free in either cardboard or 100% home compostable mailers. We’re even working on a recycle scheme for the pens so watch this space 👀
YOU CAN SAY YOU'VE GOT NO NUTS BUT THERE IS COCONUT OIL IN YOUR PRODUCTS!
Coconut oil is a 'botanical nut' but it is classed as a fruit and is safe for people with tree nut allergies to use unless they have an allergy to coconut itself.
THE OIL CONTAINS VITAMIN E BUT IS IT GLUTEN FREE?
The Vitamin E we use is gluten free✨
WHAT DOES CPNP MEAN?
CPNP stands for Cosmetic Products Notification Portal and is the online notification system made mandatory by the EU Cosmetics Regulation No 1223/2009. The CPNP notification was made mandatory on July 11th, 2013. Any cosmetic product must be systematically notified on this portal prior to being placed on the EU market. It basically means that our products are legit.

Shipping & Orders
WHERE DOES NAF! STUFF SHIP?
We currently ship to the UK, Europe, US, Australia, New Zealand and the United States. We ship to a further 180 countries however you may experience longer delivery times when ordering from them. HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
Our UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail. These can take up to 4 working days and any order placed after 3pm may not be processed until the next working day. Please head to the Shipping info page here for more details
I CAN'T SEE MY TRACKING INFO
It can sometimes take 1 business day for your tracking number to generate, you should receive this via email. If you don’t receive a tracking number or it isn’t working email the team info@nafstuff.com and we’ll help you out.
UH OH, I WANT TO CANCEL OR ADD SOMETHING TO MY ORDER
In your confirmation email there is a link to click so that you can edit or cancel your order. We would advise to do this within 5 minutes of placing your order as our warehouse team may have began processing. If you would like to add something to your order, send an email to info@nafstuff.com as soon as possible after placing your order, and we will do our best to do this for you.
WHOOPS! I'VE PUT THE WRONG ADDRESS
Please email us at info@nafstuff.com with your order number as soon as you can. When possible click the "cancel order" button on your confirmation email, you have 5 minutes after placing the order to do this. If your order is sent and returned to sender, to be then reshipped to a different address we may ask for a second payment for shipping.
OH NO, THERE'S AN ISSUE WITH MY ORDER
This is the last thing we want but from time to time something might pop up. Don’t worry, we got ya! Email info@nafstuff.com with your order number and we will fix it for you ASAP.

CAN I SELL THE NAF! PRO PRODUCTS?
Hell yeah! If you’re a salon owner or self employed you can become a part of our NAF! PRO team and have access to our available trade products at PRO price. So that you can use and sell our NAF! PRO products to your clients. Our products are not available to resell online. If we find anyone selling online we will terminate your account. Full T&Cs here.

If it’s been more than 4 working days since you applied then definitely get in touch as we always process all applications within this time. Have a lil’ look in your junk mail (our messages sometimes end up in there) and if it’s not in there contact us at info@nafstuff.com
MY APPLICATION HAS BEEN UNSUCCESSFUL, HOW COME?

- Certificate attached is not accessible
- You are an online retailer
- No link to your business website or social media account
- You’re not a practicing nail technician

NAF! Stuff is an independent beauty brand created by the team at House of NAF!, a multi-storey salon, training space and creative hub in Glasgow. Everything we make is designed to help people feel cared for between appointments, whilst giving beauty professionals products they’re proud to retail.
Founded by nail tech and salon owner Tammy Koslowski, we grew from the back of NAF! Salon, mixing oils and bottling oils by hand for our clients and built a loyal following through word of mouth, our NAF! PRO stockists, great scents, fun packaging, and products that genuinely work.
We’re still a small, women-led team, but now work with trusted UK manufacturers to produce vegan, cruelty-free and salon-tested products in small batches, ensuring quality, consistency and care in every bottle.

House of NAF!
House of NAF! is a creative space in Glasgow dedicated to beauty, wellness and education. It’s home to our salon, product line and training school and a wider community of independent pros working across nails, lashes, brows, hair, skincare, acupuncture and more.
We’ve been here for 10 years, and everything we do is built around one goal: to create space for people in beauty to feel inspired, included and respected in their careers.
From treatments to masterclasses and brand collaborations, House of NAF! is where it all comes together.
Meet Tammy
Tammy Koslowski is a nail tech turned salon owner, educator and founder who’s spent the last 13+ years building space in the beauty industry for creativity, community and care.
In 2015, she opened NAF! Salon, one of the first nail art focused salons in Scotland. It was a space born on social media that quickly grew into a thriving nail community both online and offline. What started as one small space has grown into a creative hub that supports beauty professionals at every stage of their career.
She’s still in House of NAF! every week, running the business, supporting the team and staying close to what’s really happening in the industry.

Tammy leads product development, working closely with our suppliers and freelancers to bring everything to life.
Lauren is the voice behind our socials and emails. If you’ve seen a post or opened a newsletter, it’s come from her.
Emma keeps everything moving behind the scenes. She manages stock, customer service and packs every single order with care.
We work from House of NAF! in Glasgow alongside the team and all of our incredible residents, which means we’re always close to the community and clients that inspire what we do.
