Refunds, Returns and Exchanges.
I’d like to return and/or exchange my item
Please note that in the interest of hygiene our cuticle oils (3.75ml, 10ml and 30ml) and balms (10ml) cannot be returned unless they’re faulty.
In the rare instance that an item arrives faulty, returns must be placed within 30 days of receiving your order. Get in touch and we can arrange a replacement or replacement part (subject to stock availability), or a full refund.
In the unfortunate instance that a fault develops with your item, you have 30 days to 6 months from receiving your order to get in touch. We may arrange a replacement, replacement part (subject to stock availability) or you may be entitled to an account credit.
We do not accept returns or exchanges beyond the 6 month return window.
How do I package my return?
Please note that we do not offer free post returns unless the item is faulty.
For any returns, all we ask is that items must be returned in their original condition. Pop them back into their original packaging, or into a suitable package, and clearly label it with the address provided by our team via email. If you have been provided with a free post returns label by a member of our team, please attach this to your package.
Tip: We would suggest to use a tracked service to make sure they get back to us safe and sound 💫✨
How long will it take for the return to be processed?
After we’ve confirmed that we’ve received the items, the refund should appear back in your chosen payment method within 5-10 working days. Please note, your original shipping charges are not refunded.

Founded by nail tech and salon owner Tammy Koslowski, we grew from the back of NAF! Salon, mixing oils and bottling oils by hand for our clients and built a loyal following through word of mouth, our NAF! PRO stockists, great scents, fun packaging, and products that genuinely work.
We’re still a small, women-led team, but now work with trusted UK manufacturers to produce vegan, cruelty-free and salon-tested products in small batches, ensuring quality, consistency and care in every bottle.
