I’d like to return and/or exchange my item
In the interest of hygiene, our cuticle oils (3.75ml and 30ml) cannot be returned unless they’re faulty.
All of our wet products including the SOS Kit, hand cream and sanitiser are not able to be refunded unless faulty or damaged.
Tester products are non refundable or returnable. 10ml Try Me Light Hand Cream in Pink Grapefruit is only available whilst stocks last.

All returns must be placed within 14 days of receiving order. Send a lil’ email to our team info@nafstuff.com with your order number and the products you’d like to return or exchange. They’ll get back to you with what to do next 💘
How do I package my refund?
Please note that we do not offer free post returns unless the item is faulty.
All we ask is that the items must be returned in their original condition. Pop them in to a suitable package and clearly label it with the reference number and address provided by our team via email.
Tip: we would suggest to use a tracked service to make sure they get back to us safe and sound 💫✨
How long will it take for the return to be processed?
After we’ve confirmed that we’ve received the items the refund should be in your account within 5-10 working days. Please note, your original shipping charges are not refunded.
