The term 'NAF! Stuff’ or 'us' or 'we' refers to the owner of the website whose registered address is at House of NAF! Ltd, 19 Elmbank Street, Glasgow. The term 'you' ‘PRO client’ ‘#NAFIA PRO team’ refers to the user, customer or viewer of our website.

By using this website as part of our PRO team, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use. If you disagree with any part of the below terms, please do not use our website.

The use of this website is subject to the following terms of use:



By purchasing NAF! Stuff PRO products from us via the PRO Team section of the website you are confirming that you are qualified in a beauty profession and as such are able in using the products sold on this website. Alternatively, you work in the beauty industry in a way we view suitable to retail our products. We will not be held responsible for any injury or damages incurred by users of the products we sell. As a beauty professional and PRO customer, it is your responsibility to ensure that you are insured for products that you are using.

To shop as a PRO customer you will need to have proven you work and/or are qualified in the beauty industry by providing a social media link to your business website/social media and/or certificates of qualification.

Our products are not available to resell online unless authorised by a member of our sales team and are only to be sold directly to clients. PRO to PRO sales are prohibited. If we find any members of the NAF! Stuff PRO Team selling online without authorisation and/or selling to beauty professionals we will terminate your account immediately.



NAF! Stuff will retain ownership of the goods until payment has been received and then the ownership is transferred to you. Once you have retailed the products to your customer it is your responsibility to handle any issue e.g loss, damage and destruction of the product that said customer brings to your attention. We are only responsible for the transactions that we authorise via our online shop.



Unfortunately, in most circumstances it is not possible to make changes to your order once you’ve placed it. If your order has already been dispatched from the warehouse then you will have to return unwanted items following our returns policy.

If your order has not yet been processed by the warehouse, we may be able to make certain amendments however this is a time sensitive issue and cannot be done outside of business hours or out with 3 minutes of placing the order.



We cannot send products that include any hazardous items to destinations out with the UK e.g our PRO Soak Off Savior Kits. Please do not order any restricted items if the shipping location is overseas.



If you’re purchasing goods for delivery outside the UK you may be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied once the order reaches the destination. You will also be liable for any additional customs clearance charges as we have no control over this and cannot confirm what they may be. If you’re ordering out with the UK it is your responsibility to comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.



Please note that in the interests of hygiene our cuticle oils (3.75ml and 30ml), cannot be returned unless they’re faulty. All returns must be placed within 14 days of receiving order. To do so, send an email to our team with your order number and the products you’d like to return or exchange. They’ll get back to you with what to do next.
