The term 'NAF! Stuff’, ‘MY! Stuff’ or 'us' or 'we' refers to the owner of the website whose registered at NAF! Stuff Ltd, 211 West George Street Glasgow. The term 'you' ‘PRO client, ‘PRO Team’ refers to the user, customer or viewer of our website. By using this website and purchasing MY! Stuff as part of our PRO team, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use. If you disagree with any part of the below terms, please do not use our website.
VERIFICATION AND CONDITIONS OF YOUR ACCOUNT
By purchasing MY! Stuff products from us via the PRO Team section of the website you are confirming that you are qualified in a beauty profession and as such are able in using the products sold on this website. Alternatively, you work in the beauty industry in a way we view suitable to retail our products. We will not be held responsible for any injury or damages incurred by users of the products we sell. As a beauty professional and PRO customer, it is your responsibility to ensure that you are insured for products that you are using.
To shop as a MY! Stuff customer you will need to have proven you work and/or are qualified in the beauty industry by providing a social media link to your business website/social media and/or certificates of qualification. You cannot be a retailer, MY! Stuff has been created and made by qualified nail techs to be sold to qualified nail techs; all sales are B2C direct from NAF! Stuff to the PRO team.
Our products are available to resell on your salon/professional website and are able to be sold directly to clients in a retail setting also. PRO to PRO sales are prohibited.. If we find any members of the NAF! Stuff PRO Team selling B2B and selling to beauty professionals we will terminate your account immediately. For further details, please read PRODUCT RESTRICTIONS below.
OWNERSHIP OF GOODS
NAF! Stuff will retain ownership of the goods until payment has been received and then the ownership is transferred to you. Once you have retailed the products to your customer it is your responsibility to handle any issue e.g loss, damage and destruction of the product that said customer brings to your attention. We are only responsible for the transactions that we authorise via our online shop.
CANCELLATION AND AMENDMENT OF ORDERS
Unfortunately, it is not possible to make changes to your order once you’ve placed it. If your order has already been dispatched from our warehouse then you will have to return unwanted items following our returns policy, which can be found here.
All logos placed onto MY! Stuff items are final upon submission and cannot be amended or changed after the fact. Please ensure you follow our MY! Stuff guidelines, which are available to download and view on the product page, or contacting email@example.com where a member of our customer service team will be able to provide you with this information.
MY! Stuff products are available to resell on your salon/professional website and are able to be sold directly to clients in a retail setting also. PRO to PRO sales are prohibited and if found to be breaching these terms and conditions, your NAF! Stuff PRO Team account will be terminated with immediate effect and you could face legal action. If we find any members of the NAF! Stuff PRO Team selling B2B and selling to beauty professionals we will terminate your account immediately.
MY! Stuff products are not available for purchase by existing retailer, i.e. TGB, and are made for exclusive purchase by salon owners and professionals to be sold to their clients direct. Our PRO team are not able to resell on MY! Stuff products to existing retailers, i.e. TGB, Salons Direct and if found breaching these terms of service, could face legal action.
We have provided MY! Stuff product descriptions and ingredients list which must be visible on your website shop. We have provided this information to ensure that your customers have full transparent access to the ingredients and NAF! Stuff quality. You are able to add to this product description, but our provided MY! Stuff must be displayed. You are prohibited from making additional product claims on MY! Stuff cuticle oils and must display the provided NAF! Stuff information.
You must state that your MY! Stuff pens are provided to you by NAF! Stuff. We have provided you with the wording of this, which you will find in your MY! Stuff guidelines and downloads on the product page. If you are found to be in breach of these terms and conditions and do not state that the MY! Stuff products are created by NAF! Stuff you may face legal action.
Both the MY! Stuff Custom Display Stand and the MY! Stuff: + 50 Units are not available unless purchased with MY! Stuff: 100 Units.
Affiliate codes, gift cards and other discount codes cannot be used in the purchase of MY! Stuff products.
If you’re purchasing goods for delivery outside the UK you may be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied once the order reaches the destination. You will also be liable for any additional customs clearance charges as we have no control over this and cannot confirm what they may be. If you’re ordering out with the UK it is your responsibility to comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
Please note that in the interests of hygiene our cuticle oils (3.5ml), cannot be returned unless they’re faulty. All other returns must be placed within 14 days of receiving order. To do so, send an email to our customer service team on firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the products you’d like to return.
