{ French Vanilla Latte }

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 shots espresso
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1-2 tbsp vanilla syrup
  • Whipped cream (optional)
  • Chocolate or cinnamon powder (optional)

METHOD

Add your vanilla syrup to your chosen glass/mug and swirl around the walls, then add 2 shots of brewed espresso. It’s important that the milk is nice and frothy, which you can achieve by using a milk streamer. If you don’t have one, don’t worry! Lauren’s top tip is to shake the milk for 30 seconds in a sealed container, then pop it in the microwave (lid off) for 30 seconds.

Add the frothed milk to the glass/mug with espresso. Finish with extra froth from the milk or whipped cream, before adding a sprinkling of your preferred topping.
